Biography:Shubham Sanjay Shevade is an independent filmmaker, writer, and advertising professional whose work bridges cinema, storytelling, and brand communication. He is from Nashik but began his career in Los Angeles after completing his master’s degree in the U.S., where he worked on independent films and ad films, developing a strong narrative voice rooted in lived experience and cultural observation.
His award-winning mid-length film The BIG Rant streamed on platforms such as Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV+, marking an early milestone in his filmmaking journey. His short film "A Trial Before Monsoon" was curated in Mubi Short Films and was also a part of Cinequest Film festival, San Jose and San Francisco International Film Festival. Alongside cinema, Shubham has written and consulted for premium global brands, Fortune 100 companies, and FinTech leaders across the U.S. and UK markets, bringing a filmmaker’s sensibility to brand storytelling.
Now based in India, he has recently produced and directed his debut feature-length independent film, set to be announced soon. Through his work, Shubham continues to explore intimate, human stories while navigating the intersection of independent cinema, contemporary culture, and storytelling craft.
