Overview:KAM SANG SIK, who is the secretary of the provincial judge. He is invited to be the adjudicator of the duel between members of Chung Mu Escort Group and Man On Escort Group for Siu To Hung of Man Fa Lau. SIU MAN is a dumb girl. She sets HUNG free and her act makes the owner of the brothel angry. She is trounced. SIK has mercy on her and thus he uses money to buy her. SIK is a justice and chivalrous man.
